I will receive my bachelors in sport management from Ohio University with a minor in business and am looking to find a job in a sport marketing firm primarily in Chicago or a large city. I am interested in working in marketing or sponsorship and want to focus more on business rather than sports if that makes any sense. I am looking to work in the highest paid part of the sports industry but am not quite sure if sports marketing is it. Also, if any one knows any great sport marketing firms please list. Used in production plants? Raw material is something that you take and form it into a final product. Take a chuck of steel (raw material) and mold it into a hammer (final product). Take a pile of wood (raw material), then cut it and glue it into a set of shelves (final product).

Let’s face it, even the best of pet owners is powerless to prevent a pet accident. Even my stepmom, who babies her poodle constantly, has to pick up an "unwelcome present" from time to time.
I have just installed new carpet and would like to make it available to people who have pets (why discriminate against people who care about animals?). But how do I do it without having to pay huge amounts to clean/replace carpet every time someone moves? Does anyone have SUCCESSFUL experience with this?
You can list "no pets allowed". And to the landlord that made the comment about a pregnant barmaid with the cat, this is an isolated incident and just because they work in a bar doesn’t make them deadbeats or noncollectable.
I have given my landlords a $500 pet deposit ($250 nonrefundable) and am required to have the carpets professionally cleaned when I vacate and provide them with a receipt from the company that has done the cleaning. Yes my dogs have had their accidents but I clean it up ASAP as I don’t want to live with doggie mess everywhere or smell it. I will be honest though I have 4 boys (ages 5-10) and they are capable of doing 10 TIMES more damage to the carpets and I am a stay-at-home mom who is constantly keeping on them to take off their shoes & keep drinks in the kitchen. But more accidents have come from spills & dirty feet than my 2 ten year old inside doggies. Just do a good job screening the people. But keep in mind you can’t discriminate against tenants with children but you can with Pets & aquariums (just put it in your listing).
I have two systems in networking by LAN, one system is Windows 98 and other is Windows XP. Now, I have connected Broadband internet connection with system of windows XP through USB. The system of Windows XP is connected with internet but I am not able to surf internet at system with Windows 98. Kindly instruct as to how the Internet connection can be achieved at both the systems. I am layman in this field. Kindly let me have complete manual in this regard.
Its really easy.
First you have to share the broadband connection, to do that you have to go to the properties of My Networking Places, then go to the properties of the dial up which connects broadband, go to the Advance tab and click on share.
After sharing your LAN card address will autometically assign to 192.168.0.1, when ask for that click on yes.
Now go to the second PC.
Then properties of My networking places
then propoerties of Local area connection
double click on "Internet Protocol(TCP/IP)"
asgine IP Address=192.168.0.2
Subnet Mask= 255.255.255.0
Gateway=192.168.0.1
DNS= 192.168.0.1
And you are done.
Hi. I have a home that was new construction. It was originally painted white. I absolutely hate white and tan walls. All of the rooms have color, and when I say color I mean eggplant purple, red, hunter green…The home’s floorplan is very boxy, each room is a box and there aren’t many halls, so character definition is paramount. If the Home was just white, or tan, it would be one large big box. Plus, I am a ‘vivid’ person so I wanted my home to reflect who I am, not following the latest trend. I’ve read that such colors are a turnoff to buyers. Is that true? I don’t want to repaint it tan when it is time to sell because it would cost thousands (the home is over 4500 sq ft). It has been my understanding, at least for me personally, that what helps sell a home is if the buyer sees something in it that they like. There’s got to be people who can appreciate color.
Sure, there are many people who appreciate color: THEIR colors, that THEY choose. If you don’t want to paint every room, I would paint the ‘family rooms’; the kitchen, living room, and den soft calming colors. They don’t have to be starch white, but a beige or nearwhite grey would do.
You want people to be able to see this as "their" home when you sell it; help them imagine this.
